J.C. Anderson is proud to announce the successful completion of Vantive’s new corporate headquarters, located at 510 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Illinois.

The 77,000-square-foot office project represents a major milestone as Vantive branches off from its parent company, Baxter. Designed by Whitney Architects, the two-phase project transformed the space into a dynamic, branded headquarters that supports collaboration, training, and employee engagement.

Phase one included a full refresh across three floors, featuring new paint and carpet throughout the entire 77,000 square feet, along with the installation of all new furniture and signage to reflect Vantive’s emerging corporate identity. Phase two introduced several highly specialized and amenity-driven spaces. Highlights include a fully custom barista café built exclusively for Vantive employees, complete with new exhaust systems, upgraded MEP infrastructure, custom millwork, and two high-end espresso machines. The buildout also included a large training room accommodating up to 100 people, a half-floor pharmacy office buildout, and a custom game room featuring a golf simulator. A dedicated cooling system was incorporated into the pharmacy training room to support employee use and operational requirements.

J.C. Anderson’s project team was led by President John Angelovich, Project Executive Brian Vogt, Project Manager Matt Schumacher, and Superintendent Pat Piersanti. Macro/Savills served as project manager, with Cushman & Wakefield providing property management services.

“Delivering this project required close coordination, flexibility, and a strong partnership with the Vantive team,” said John Angelovich, President at J.C. Anderson. “Phase two was completed on a compressed schedule, all while Vantive was actively occupying the space. The team did an outstanding job adapting to evolving needs and delivering a high-quality headquarters that reflects Vantive’s brand and culture.”

Despite schedule constraints and the complexity of constructing a hospitality-driven barista space within the main lobby, the project was completed successfully through proactive planning and collaboration. The finished headquarters now serves as a vibrant home for Vantive’s growing organization, supporting training, innovation, and day-to-day operations.
