Joe has been with J.C. Anderson since the beginning of his career. Starting in 2005 as an intern, Joe has amassed over 21 years of experience in the industry, demonstrating his loyalty and dedication to J.C. Anderson and our clients. As CEO, Joe continues his strong focus on the future of JCA, developing strategic plans and implementing initiatives to drive company growth via innovation, diversification and talent development.

John joined J.C. Anderson in 2014 bringing over 25 years of expertise, specializing primarily in interiors. He is a top client advocate, dedicated to protecting our clients and exceeding expectations in all aspects of the construction process. His collaborative approach ensures that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently, creating a harmonious environment for all project stakeholders. John goes above and beyond for our clients and his unwavering commitment to their satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.

Matt brings 12 years of experience working directly with clients to understand the full scope of work and keep all aspects of the project running smoothly. Responsible for total project management, Matt works to control budgets, negotiate subcontracts, and provide day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. Matt is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Communications.

Josh brings over 28 years experience managing commercial office interior projects. With experience in challenging fast-track timelines and the ability to manage complex phasing, Josh oversees logistics, estimating, scheduling and feasibility reviews. Josh is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management.

Brian brings 12 years of construction-industry experience. He is skilled at guiding projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and fostering strong partnerships with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients. Brian is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

Jon brings 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career he has gained experience in a diverse portfolio of projects across all market sectors, managing commercial construction projects of all sizes. Jon understands the importance of team collaboration and prides himself on staying connected to all projects from the early development stages through closeout. Jon is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
