Joey Porter and Hunter Sveda have joined JCA as summer interns for 2023. As part of JCA’s 12-week internship program, both interns will gain valuable experience in three key operational areas: Estimating, Field, and Project Management. The program offers a comprehensive learning experience, exposing interns to various facets of the construction industry. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to real-world projects, Joey and Hunter will gain invaluable insights and develop essential skills to jumpstart their careers.
Hunter will be starting with our Estimating team, working on subcontractor bid leveling and completing quantitative take-offs on drawings using JCA’s OST software. Joey will be starting in Project Management, working on supporting project management teams with submittals, RFIs, schedules, and cost control.
