J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce it has been selected as the general contractor for NTN Bearing Corporation’s new 36,000-square-foot office at Schaumburg Corporate Center, 1501 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The project, designed by Ware Malcomb and managed by Colliers, will involve the full renovation and consolidation of three separately demised office suites into one cohesive and branded workplace. The new office will reflect NTN’s legacy of excellence while embracing a modern design focused on functionality, innovation, and employee experience.
The renovated space will include a wide range of high-end and custom features including specialty baffle ceilings for enhanced acoustics and design, sleek, modern demountable office fronts, multi-functional collaborative work areas, a high-end café and multiple coffee bars, and custom millwork including slat walls, floating shelves, and radiused soffits and cabinet nooks.
