J.C. Anderson proudly announces the successful completion of Levata’s newly built office headquarters at 101 N. Wacker in Chicago. The completion marks a significant milestone in Levata’s evolution following its rebrand from Barcodes Group and supports the company’s renewed focus on connected technologies and transformative business solutions.

The new office space was designed by BOX Studios and constructed by JCA to reflect Levata’s bold new identity—centered around connection, elevation, and the future of intelligent business operations. With a modern and flexible layout, the headquarters empowers collaboration, innovation, and team integration across the company’s expanding portfolio of services and partner brands.

“We’re honored to have partnered with Levata at this pivotable moment in their journey,” said Josh Smith, JCA Project Executive. “The space the team created together is not just an office—it’s a platform for innovation, aligned with Levata’s mission to elevate how businesses operate through transformative tech and cutting-edge solutions.”

The design integrates advanced technology infrastructure, energy-efficient systems, and collaborative spaces that support hybrid work models. Every element—from open-plan work areas and multi-functional meeting rooms to branded visual elements—was constructed to reflect Levata’s new brand promise and its future-forward outlook.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Josh Smith, Project Manager Nick Sinitzki, Assistant Project Manager Fernando Chavez and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. Architectural Services were led by BOX Studios and JLL provided Project Management Services.
