J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office build-out for Luminare Health at 6133 N. River Road in Rosemont, IL. Luminare Health, formerly known as Trustmark Health Benefits, is a total benefits solution that helps self-funded employers manage their healthcare costs, supports clients’ strategic growth goals through white-labeled back-office services, and empowers members to live their healthiest lives.

This project features a thoughtfully designed office space that integrates modern aesthetics and functionality. The layout includes open office areas with workstations, private offices, huddle rooms, shared workspaces, a Town Hall area, galley, mailroom, help desk, boardroom and a variety of conference rooms of different sizes. Demountable partitions by DIRTT were used for office fronts, providing flexibility and a sleek aesthetic. The space incorporates acoustical ceilings, drywall accents, and visually appealing wood Akutile tiles in the Town Hall. Felt coffered Turf tiles were used in the Boardroom, reception area, and client-facing conference rooms to enhance sound quality and visual appeal. The flooring transitions from luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in the elevator lobby and reception area to tile flooring in the Town Hall, with carpet throughout the remaining spaces. Wallcoverings, wall tiles, and accent paints add vibrant colors and textures to the interiors. Existing core restrooms were completely renovated with new tile walls and floors, upgraded toilet partitions, modern plumbing fixtures, and elegant stone vanities. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were overhauled, aligning with the architecture and functionality of the new layout.

“As a result of the team’s high level of communication and coordination, Luminare was able to move in on time and under budget,” said Project Executive Josh Smith.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Josh Smith, Assistant Project Manager Desiree Kupchek, and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. The property is managed by Cushman and Wakefield and Partners by Design provided architectural services.
