J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 100,000 square foot renovation project at 1501 Woodfield Road (Schaumburg Corporate Center) in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Property owner, GlenStar Properties, hired J.C. Anderson to complete the large capital improvement project, which consisted of a new tenant lounge, new conference center, a new management office, as well as renovations to the fitness center and the atrium, new millwork, lighting, flooring and painting throughout. J.C. Anderson also connected a stair way from the first floor Atrium to the lower level fitness center.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Senior Project Manager Jason Hawkins and Superintendent Gary Kuechler. Wright Heerema Architects provided architectural services.
Totaling one million square feet in three interconnected buildings, Schaumburg Corporate Center is a Class A complex located at 1475, 1501 and 1515 E. Woodfield Road.
