J.C. Anderson to Complete 63,000 SF Renovation for Insurance Company at Aon Center in Chicago

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 63,000 square foot square foot renovation project for an undisclosed insurance company at 200 East Randolph Street (Aon Center) in Chicago.

The Landlord (JLL) selected J.C. Anderson to build-out its tenant's office space on the 39th and 40th floors of Aon Center. Scheduled for completion in March 2019, construction will include the addition of moveable, collaborative workspaces. Once complete, the new space for the insurance company will feature huddle rooms, meetings rooms, focus rooms with markerboard for collaboration, exposed ceilings and connecting stairs.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Project Manager Mike Dunn and Superintendent Glenn Panfil. Perkins + Will is providing architectural services and JLL is providing project management services.

Located in downtown Chicago overlooking Millennium and Grant Parks on the eastern edge of the Loop, the Aon Center is an 83-floor skyscraper. Completed in 1973 by renowned architects Edward Durell Stone and Perkins and Will, the Aon Center is currently the third tallest building in Chicago and the eighth tallest in the United States.
