J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a renovation project for Chicago law firm Cremer, Spina, Shaughnessy, Jansen + Siegert, LLC, at One North Franklin in Chicago.
Founded in 1995, Cremer, Spina, Shaughnessy, Jansen + Siegert, LLC represents international and domestic clients in the areas of product liability, commercial, construction, and general litigation. The firm selected J.C. Anderson to complete a build-out in connection with the firm’s move to space on the 9th floor of the Class-A office building. Scheduled for completion in October 2021, construction will include re-designing the 9th floor space to include private offices, an expanded café, server room, conference rooms, a mail room and reception area. Once complete, the new space will feature an efficient layout with modern finishes and state of the art technology to serve clients of the firm.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Senior Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Glenn Panfil. Shive-Hattery is providing the architectural services, RL Edward Partners is providing project management services and Transwestern is the tenant broker. One North Franklin is leased and managed by JLL. Leasing agents Mark Georgas and Kim Doyle of JLL represented ownership.
