JCA is proud to announce the completion of a dynamic buildout of Comcast’s new 61,000+ SF office space at 1475 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. This full demolition and rebuild spanned three floors and involved a fast-paced, staggered construction schedule.
Key features of the new office include two new IDF rooms, one MDF room and multiple meeting rooms designed for innovation and collaboration. One of the most challenging elements of the project was the rooftop Drycooler installation, which demanded meticulous logistical planning to work through ten floors of building risers amid winter conditions and tight material lead times. Despite these hurdles, the team maintained budget and schedule integrity.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Kantro, Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Mark Zawadka. Glenstar served as both property and project management, alongside Project Manager Larry Goldman. Partners By Design, led by architect Erika Carey, has brought an elevated design vision to the space.
