J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that Nick Catalano has joined the firm as Project Manager and Jack Villiard has joined the firm as Estimator.
In their new roles, Catalano will oversee all phases of project delivery, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, ensuring that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Villiard will be working with the Project Management Teams to coordinate, level, and assemble estimates from the early stages of preconstruction to the final contract pricing.
Nick Catalano brings a strong background in commercial construction, with extensive experience managing corporate interiors and complex renovations. His detail-oriented approach and commitment to client satisfaction have earned him recognition across the industry.
Jack Villiard joins J.C. Anderson with a proven track record delivering projects across a range of sectors, including office, healthcare, and retail environments. His focus on proactive problem-solving and team collaboration makes him a valuable addition to the organization.
