J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an amenity build out at 2275 Half Day Road in Bannockburn, IL.

This project involves the construction and renovation of an atrium and conference rooms, featuring premium design elements and high-quality materials. The atrium received an updated staircase with the existing steel stair removed and reworked, incorporating ceramic tile finishes, glass panels, and custom wood handrails for a modern and elegant look. The existing indoor fountain was reduced in size and fully renovated to complement the updated aesthetic of the atrium while maintaining a calming focal point in the space. A bespoke chandelier was mounted to the top of the existing atrium, incorporating 40 glass pendant spheres suspended at random lengths, adding a unique, modern aesthetic to the space. Custom-built seating areas were also integrated to enhance comfort and encourage collaboration within the space. Inside the conference room, a 28’ wide by 8’ high, ceiling-hung motorized Skyfold partition was installed to provide flexible room configurations. The partition features upholstered walls finished with Xorel Meteor wall coverings and a Lampre Laminate White Board marking surface, allowing for both sound management and functional use in meetings and presentations.

“Although we faced long lead times for the feature chandelier and tricky installation around on-going construction, we are excited about the end result,” said Project Manager Nick Sinitzki. “We were able to bring Wright Heerema’s vision to life and we hope the tenants are thoroughly enjoying their new spaces.”

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by John Angelovich, Nick Sinitzki and Superintendent Dave Meier. Wright Heerema provided architectural services and JLL provided project management services.
