J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm will complete an office build-out for Bimeda at 475 N. Martingale in Schaumburg. Bimeda offers a comprehensive range of veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal health products for livestock, equine and companion animals as well as bespoke aquaculture products and services.
This comprehensive upgrade to Bimeda’s space will modernize the office space, improve its functionality, and provide an environment suited to their operational and technological needs. Updates include new office fronts, finishes and lighting throughout. A new feature will be a glass partition for the boardroom to enhance acoustic privacy while maintaining an open, transparent feel within the office layout. And to ensure optimal temperature control for sensitive IT equipment, a new supplemental cooling system will also be designed and installed to meet the specific requirements of the IT infrastructure.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson will be led by Project Executive Matt Kantro, Project Manager Jordan Liss, and Superintendent J.T. White. The property is managed by Lincoln Property Company. Whitney Architects will provide architectural services and Project Management Services will be provided by Cushman and Wakefield.
