J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an amenities build-out for JLL at NBC Towers, 454 N. Columbus Drive, in Chicago.
The NBC Tower is an office tower on the Near North Side of Chicago, Illinois. Completed in 1989, the 37-story building reaches a height of 627 feet and contains 850,000 sq ft of space and three floors of underground parking. Connected to the main tower is a four-story radio and television broadcasting facility.
“Working directly with building ownership and management provided clear and timely communication to keep the project moving,” said JCA Project Executive Joe Hynes. “The design incorporated a lot of detailed elements with a Golf Simulator, Lounge and Yoga Room but our Superintendent, Pat Piersanti, was up to the task. Truly a great team effort!”
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Joe Hynes and Superintendent Pat Piersanti. Ownership was represented by Metropolis Investment Holdings VP of Project Management & Engineering Ryan Collins and JLL General Manager Conor Price. Eastlake Studio provided the architectural services, led by Director Lorraine Kasznia.
