J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 45,000 square foot build-out for Ally Financial Inc. at 1400-1450 American Lane in Schaumburg.

Ally Financial is a digital financial services company composed of an industry-leading independent auto finance and insurance operation, an award-winning digital direct bank, a consumer credit card business, a corporate finance business for equity sponsors and middle-market companies, and securities brokerage and investment advisory services.

Ally relocated from Itasca to Schaumburg and now occupies floors 15, 16 and 17 in Schaumburg Towers. J.C. Anderson completed the demolition and new construction of the space which includes open office areas with workstations, offices, huddle rooms, training room, large meeting rooms and various sizes of conference rooms, along with dedicated café on each floor. The space features open ceilings and fabric panels and felt wall panels for accent color. “As a result of the team’s high level of communication and coordination, Ally was able to move in on time and under budget,” said Josh Smith, Senior Project Manager for J.C. Anderson.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Vice President John Angelovich, Senior Project Manager Josh Smith and Superintendent Mike Diduch. Smith Group provided the architectural services.
