Located on the 18th and 19th Floors of 77 W. Wacker, this project increased density and tailored the space to the needs of United. The renovation was completed in two phases, one floor at a time. The new space features an open office layout with new furniture, as well as collaboration areas, private offices, IDFs, Training Rooms, UX Lab, Digital Operations Center and a cafe.
