THE
WORK
RENOVATION AND RESTACK
This five-phase project, which took nearly two years to complete due to its scope, included gutting ceilings and flooring to restructure entire floors. TransUnion’s data center is located in this office, so protecting these critical systems throughout construction was a top priority. As each floor was completed, employees were welcomed into a space that now included capital improvements like a fitness center and a cafe, and a complete workspace transformation to an open floor plan with free addressing, huddle rooms, and glass conference rooms.
THE
RESULT
A renovation of this scope required close communication with the project’s various teams. Weekly meetings and several value engineering efforts ensured we made the timelines and the budget. Our crew expedited the last phase to complete the job in time for an important meeting, allowing this global risk information provider to get back to what it does best in an inspiring new environment.
