J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce the completion of a new office build-out for Verismo Financial, located at 320 S. Canal in Chicago. The project focused on creating a modern, collaborative workspace designed to enhance connectivity, productivity, and employee experience.
The newly completed space features a welcoming reception area that sets the tone upon arrival, leading into an open office environment that encourages interaction and natural light share across the floor. Glass-front private offices and huddle rooms were incorporated to provide areas for focused work and meetings while maintaining a sense of transparency throughout the space. A fully equipped break room offers Verismo employees a comfortable, inviting setting to recharge and build community.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Zawiski, Project Manager Desiree Kupchek and Superintendent Dave Abbinante. Architectural Services were led by EWP Architects.
