J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 24,000 SF tenant buildout, spec suite and common area improvement build-out inside Twelve01West in Chicago, Illinois.

Located in the West Loop Fulton Market District, Twelve01West consists of over 11,000 SF of ground level retail with frontage on Lake Street and Racine Street, featuring 135,000 SF of Class A Office Space, two communal outdoor spaces, secure indoor parking and a penthouse amenity space and state of the art fitness center. Delivered in 2019, the building was developed by award-winning Chicago-based firm McCaffery Interests and designed by Antunovich Associates.

Completed in April 2023, the newly built interior spaces feature custom millwork bars and screen partitions as well as custom reception desks. The reception area features a unique drywall cloud with knife-edge trim and custom recessed tape-in LED light fixtures. The featured Board Room is highlighted by a ceiling cove with Armstrong metal mesh ceilings panels and custom WD veneer wall panels with brass inlays now hang in the elevator lobby.

“We had a bit of a delay with the electrical inspection due to City of Chicago constraints,” said Project Manager Nick Sinitzki. “However, we made a recovery schedule and JCA was successful in catching the job up to make up for the lost 4 weeks and complete the project on time and under budget.”

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Joe Hynes, Project Manager Nick Sinitzki and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. Eastlake Studios provided the architectural services.
