J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete spec suites at 123 N Wacker in Chicago.
“It’s been a pleasure to work with the JLL Property/Leasing Teams & Whitney Architects on this multi-tenant, multi-floor spec suite project,” said JCA Project Executive Joe Hynes. “Coordinating construction on three floors is a challenge, but our prior project experience in the building and clear understanding of the design intent will enable our team to execute and deliver collaborative office suites that stand out from others in the market.”
The construction team for J.C. Anderson will be led by Hynes, Project Manager Kevin Krupchak and Superintendent Pat Piersanti. Project Management will be provided by Mike Curran and Joe Gordon of JLL and Whitney is providing the architectural services.
