J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a multi-phased lobby and courtyard build-out at Riverway East, 6133 N. River Road in Rosemont, Illinois.
Originally built in 1987 and renovated in 2016, Riverway East is an 11-story, Class A, 284,241-square-foot office building. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s courtyard as well as a multi-phased, high-end lobby renovation. Set for completion in June 2022, construction will include a courtyard upgrade including a new fireplace, landscaping, as well as a phased lobby build-out. Once complete, the space will feature large format tile, architectural millwork, a multi-level light fixture and a new reception desk.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Kayla McKinney and Superintendent Gary Kuechler. Wright Hereema is providing the architectural services and Cushman & Wakefield is the project manager for ownership.
