J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an office build-out for Pronto Finance at 1515 Woodfield Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Set for completion in August 2022, work will be done in two suites on the 1st and 14th Floors. The first floor will receive a new finance suite with transaction and interview rooms. The 14th floor office suite will receive open workstations, conference rooms, IT rooms, storage and a coffee area. A golf simulator will also be added.
Due to increased lead times, JCA worked with JLL to prepurchase materials in order to keep the project within budget. Additionally, JCA’s Vision Engineering process assisted the team in selecting alternative elements and materials that worked within the desired design, but were more cost effective.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Senior Project Manager Larry Regovic and Superintendent Glenn Panfil. Shive Hattery is providing the architectural services and JLL is the project manager for ownership.
