J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office build-out at 20 N Martingale Road in Schaumburg for Primient.
Primient is a leading producer of food and industrial ingredients. Construction consisted of a full demolition and reconstruction of their new space in Schaumburg to facilitate a hybrid work environment for employees.
The project included new reception, board room, private offices, open office workstations, collaboration areas, enclosed meeting spaces, focus rooms, and a café/town hall meeting space. The space features custom light fixtures in the café and colorful branding and greenery throughout the office.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by President John Angelovich, Project Executive Josh Smith, Assistant Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Mike Diduch. CBRE provided project management services along with architectural services.
