J.C. Anderson has commenced construction on a full-floor office buildout for a Confidential Client, located at 8600 Bryn Mawr Ave. within Presidents Plaza. The 40,000 SF project will transform the entire second floor into a modern, flexible workplace tailored to the client’s operational needs.
The scope of work includes the complete demolition of the existing office environment, followed by a full-scale interior buildout. Once complete, the client will occupy the entirety of the second floor, featuring a highly functional layout designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and adaptability. A key feature of the new workspace will be the installation of demountable partition systems by Teknion, allowing for long-term flexibility and reconfiguration as company needs evolve. The design approach emphasizes both performance and adaptability, aligning with current workplace trends that prioritize dynamic environments.
Given the scale and complexity of the project, construction will be executed in a fast-paced and highly coordinated manner. J.C.
