J.C. Anderson is proud to announce the completion of Nexamp’s expanded office in downtown Chicago at 101 N. Wacker Drive.

The buildout transformed the space into a vibrant, collaborative workplace that reflects Nexamp’s mission and culture. The project included the installation of modern workstations, open collaboration areas, private meeting rooms, and high-end finishes designed to enhance both functionality and employee experience. Energy-efficient systems were incorporated throughout, aligning with Nexamp’s commitment to renewable energy and environmental responsibility.

The project also required heavy coordination with the client to merge two existing suites and deliver upgrades within their occupied office. In addition, J.C. Anderson provided concealed power, data, and audio-visual provisions to two existing conference room tables—a challenge due to their location above an exterior atrium. The JCA team developed an alternative solution that met the design intent while generating substantial cost savings compared to the original design.

“This was an exciting opportunity to help Nexamp enhance its dynamic Chicago presence,” said JCA Project Executive Matt Kantro. “Our team worked closely with the client and design partners to deliver a space that not only meets operational needs, but also inspires innovation and teamwork.”

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Matt Kantro, Project Manager Jordan Liss and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. Architectural Services were led by Earles Architects & Associates and JLL provided Project Management Services.
