J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm will complete an office build-out for NDH Group at 227 W. Washington in Chicago.
The new space will include private offices, an open office area and a new breakroom. To further support collaboration, construction includes new huddle and conference rooms, as well as meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, allowing teams to connect effortlessly, whether working on-site or remotely. A new training center will also been added.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson will be led by Project Executive Jon Zawiski, Project Manager Kevin Krupchak and Superintendent John Spinasanto. BE Architects will provide architectural services and Project Management Services will be provided by CBRE.
