J.C. Anderson Completes Office Build-Out at 401 N. Michigan Avenue

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office build-out for AHEAD at 401 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Founded in 2007, AHEAD is an information technology consulting company based in Chicago. In 2014, AHEAD was named fifth on Crain’s Chicago Fast Fifty list. Due to the company’s recent accelerated growth, the company is relocating its office from 150 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago to 401 N. Michigan Avenue.

J.C. Anderson completed the 29,000 square foot build-out to the company’s new space located at 401 N. Michigan Avenue.

The project included renovating the space into an open-office area with workstations, huddle rooms, a conference center, new server room, as well as a demo lab area at reception. The new space for AHEAD features a mixture of acoustical ceiling clouds and open ceilings, as well as a living wall and custom painted feature walls throughout.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Matt Kantro, Lead Estimator Greg Garland and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. Whitney Architects is provided the architectural services and Cresa was the Project Manager.
