J.C. Anderson Welcomes Hynes as Project Executive

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has hired Joe Hynes, RPA, LEED GA, to join the team as project executive.

His extensive background in property management and project management give him a unique perspective and make him the right leader for our building services market segment,” said Mike Yazbec, president of J.C. Anderson. “We have seen a tremendous increase from building owners in repositioning their assets through the addition of tenant amenities, lobby renovations and overall building upgrades. J.C. Anderson has continued to be a leader in this market sector, and bringing Joe onboard further indicates our commitment to serve and grow our strength in this segment of the industry.”

In his new role with J.C. Anderson, Hynes will focus on delivering high quality construction services to building owner and managers. Prior to joining J.C. Anderson, Hynes was most recently employed as senior vice president with JLL in Chicago, where he spent more than 16 years. His prior experience includes building repositioning and redevelopment, multi-site portfolio management, and client relationship management.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Hynes is well-versed in a variety of project management duties including estimating, scheduling, purchasing, cost control and engineering. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Xavier University. Hynes is a Certified Real Property Administrator (RPA), is a LEED Green Associate (GA) and is a licensed broker in the state of Illinois. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
