J.C. Anderson has completed the buildout of Great American Insurance Group’s new office at 1475 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The fast-paced project encompassed two floors, requiring careful coordination of staggered construction activities, the buildout of two IDF rooms, and the installation of a rooftop A/C unit. Working closely with an out-of-town client and architect, JCA leveraged OpenSpace technology to provide weekly virtual progress updates and ensure seamless communication throughout the project.

The finished office space features upgraded finishes, private offices, conference rooms, collaborative work areas, and enhanced breakroom amenities. The design emphasizes comfort, efficiency, and flexibility, creating a professional environment for both in-office work and client meetings.

“Our team was honored to work with Great American to deliver a space that reflects their professionalism and supports their business needs,” said JCA Project Executive Matt Kantro. “Managing a fast-paced schedule across multiple floors while coordinating technical installs required exceptional planning and teamwork. We’re proud of how this project came together.”

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Matt Kantro, Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Mark Zawadka. Architectural Services were led by BHDP Architecture and CBRE provided Project Management Services.
