J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an office build-out for W.W. Grainger, Inc. at 100 Grainger Parkway in Lake Forest. Grainger is an American Fortune 500 industrial supply company founded in 1927 in Chicago in order to provide consumers with access to a consistent supply of motors.
Set for completion in January 2023, work includes the addition of two large training rooms, six glass conference rooms, two smaller conference rooms and two collaboration rooms. All new lighting and AV will be installed as well as custom wood slat and glass front systems. The large training rooms will feature a Modernfold operable wall system to provide flexibility.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Vice President Joe Maguire, Project Manager Brian Vogt and Superintendent Mark Zawadka. Architectural services are being provided by Perkins & Will.
