J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office buildout for Experian at 1515 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg, IL. Experian’s relocation to Schaumburg Corporate Center aims to bring a renewed sense of enthusiasm for collaboration inside the office. This project included a new reception, café space and glass-front offices and huddle areas.
The high-end reception area welcomes employees and guests with a K13 sprayed deck and specialty ceiling baffles with integrated lighting. Custom millwork portals, complete with glass doors and sidelites, connect the reception seamlessly to the office space. Transparency and accessibility are prioritized with glass-front offices and huddle areas, fostering a sense of connection among team members. A new café, featuring custom banquette seating with tambour paneling, serves as a hub for informal meetings and casual interactions. The space also boasts a custom color-changing glass feature wall, adding a vibrant and dynamic element to the design.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Kantro, Assistant Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Mark Zawadka. Whitney provided architectural services and CBRE provided project management.
