Steve Boulukos, President/COO
Steve joined JCA in 1985 and has 45 years of experience in the construction industry, 36 with JCA. In his expanded role as President, Steve will lead the company’s growth strategy and business development efforts, while supporting client relationships. New talent acquisition will also be a focus, along with continuous development of the exceptional talent within the company. Steve will continue in his role as COO, helping to ensure that JCA’s field and office operations exceed all client expectations, maintain JCA’s status as the preeminent interiors-only General Contractor in the Chicagoland area.
John Angelovich, Vice President
John joined JCA in 2014 and has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing mainly on interiors. Transitioning from Project Executive to Vice President, John will be joining the leadership team, while continuing to deliver high-quality preconstruction and operational excellence for his clients. Leading and mentoring a team focused on proactive and collaborative project management, John is a top client advocate, helping to ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations in every aspect of the construction process.
Joe Maguire, Vice President
Joe joined JCA in 2005 as an intern and has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry. Transitioning from Project Executive to Vice President, Joe will be joining the leadership team focusing on future company growth, innovation, diversification, and talent development. Joe will continue to lead his project management team, nurturing long-standing client relationships and optimizing JCA’s role in the post-COVID return-to-office era.
