J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that Sam Baya has joined the company as Estimator. In this role, Sam will be a key member of the Estimating Team, responsible for preparing detailed estimates and take-offs that incorporate self-performed trades, comprehensive scope reviews, and subcontractor bids.
Working closely with clients and project teams, Sam will help define project goals and requirements, ensuring cost control, value engineering, and budget alignment throughout preconstruction. We welcome Sam to the team and look forward to his success and contributions.
