J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 20,000 square foot, multi-floor, build-out to DePaul University’s Daley Building.
J.C. Anderson will complete the build-out to the 12th and 17th floors of the Daley Building, located at 247 S. State Street in Chicago. The firm will renovate the 12th floor to create additional office space for DePaul University faculty. In addition, a large ‘zoom’ room will be created for students along with open areas, kitchenette/break rooms. J.C. Anderson will also build-out the 17th floor’s reception area and add conference rooms, workstations, offices, collaboration rooms, a mother’s room as well as a lounge area for faculty. Construction is scheduled for completion in March 2022.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Senior Project Manager Larry Regovic and Superintendent Bob Hickey. Vasilko Architects & Associates, Inc. is providing the architectural services.
