J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a build-out to DePaul University’s lower-level concourse located at 333 S. State St.
J.C. Anderson will gut the former Barnes & Noble space to create the DePaul Collaboration Center, an area for students to showcase artwork and projects. Scheduled for completion in Q1 2022, the Collaboration Center will feature a massive digital wall, creative areas as well as offices.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Senior Project Manager Larry Regovic and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. Vasilko Architects & Associates, Inc. is providing the architectural services.
