J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a café renovation at Woodfield Corporate Center at 425 N Martingale in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Set for completion at the end of this year, work will include an all-new dining area & lounge area for tenants, including new kitchen equipment and food prep stations. The space features an open ceiling concept with entertainment walls with TVs & fireplace. All project budget goals were met through strategic value engineering.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Vice President Joe Maguire, Project Manager Brian Vogt and Superintendent Joe Rojas. Project management is provided by Lincoln Property Company and architectural services are being provided Wright Heerema Architects.
