J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an office build-out for BDF LLC at Two Pierce Plaza in Itasca. BDF is a private wealth management firm providing personalized investment management and financial planning, managing approximately $5.9 billion in assets for their clients.
Set for completion next month, work included a full floor build out of conference rooms, open offices, private offices, collaboration spaces, and a new reception. The space features specialty wood slat ceilings throughout. All project budget goals were met through strategic value engineering.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Vice President John Angelovich, Senior Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Mike Diduch. Project management and architectural services are being provided by Strategic Project Advisors, LLC and Newman Architecture.
