J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a build-out for Arhaus in the Main Street Promenade building at 151 W. Van Buren Ave in Naperville. Arhaus is known for its artisan-crafted furniture and home décor. This is their fifth location in Illinois.
The open layout studio received new flooring and lighting, along with a textile sample area for customers. “The most challenging part of this project was coordinating with out-of-state client material vendors,” said CEO Joe Maguire. “However, working with a great client who understands the challenges with construction and material lead-times made for a painless project experience for the whole team.”
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Maguire and Superintendent Miguel Nevarez. Whitney Architects provided the architectural services.
