J.C. Anderson Completes Office Build-Out for Advantax Headquarters in Elgin

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office renovation for Advantax, Inc. at 2500 Westfield Drive in Elgin, Illinois.

Founded in 1994, Advantax offers corporate property tax consulting, specializing in compliance, personal, real estate, software and valuation services. Relocating from 200 W. River Drive in St. Charles, J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out for the firm’s new Elgin headquarters. Construction included the addition of private offices, a board room, café, as well as a high-end production/mail room. Advantax’s new space also features a collaborative break room with new finishes throughout.

“Every project has its challenges, but the team on Advantax was proactive, well-versed and eager to work together to overcome all of this year's obstacles,” said J.C. Anderson Project Manager Mike Ruffolo. “Whether it was Covid-19, material lead times due to the pandemic or unforeseen conditions, the team always came together so we could deliver a well-designed and well-crafted final space under budget and on schedule.”

The J.C. Anderson team was led by Ruffolo and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. BOX Studios provided the architectural services and Savills represented property ownership.
