J.C. Anderson is proud to announce the completion of the new 36,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for NTN Bearing Corporation of America, located at 1501 East Woodfield Road within the Schaumburg Corporate Center. The project represents a milestone relocation for the global bearings manufacturer, which moved from its longtime home in Mount Prospect to a dynamic new workspace designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and connection.

J.C. Anderson was selected to lead the build-out of NTN’s new office, partnering with interior architect Ware Malcomb and project manager Colliers. The team worked closely with NTN to translate the company’s global brand identity into a workspace that reflects its forward-looking culture and commitment to employee engagement.

The construction effort consolidated multiple office suites into a single, unified headquarters. Every detail was designed with intention—from the installation of specialty baffle ceilings and demountable office fronts to the creation of multiple collaborative zones, quiet rooms, and hospitality-inspired amenity areas. The new café and coffee bars provide comfortable gathering spaces, while custom millwork, radiused soffits, and floating shelves add warmth and sophistication throughout the space.

J.C. Anderson’s project team, led by Matt Kantro along with Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Mark Zawadka, coordinated an aggressive construction schedule to align with NTN’s relocation timeline. Work began in May 2025, with substantial completion and move-in achieved by early September.

“Projects like this exemplify the power of partnership,” said Matt Kantro, Project Executive at J.C. Anderson. “When the client, design team, and contractor are aligned on vision and execution, the result speaks for itself. NTN’s new home in Schaumburg is not only beautiful but built to perform for decades to come.”
