J.C. Anderson announces the completion of Morgan Services’ new office space located at 205 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
The project was a full demolition and rebuild, transforming the existing space into a sophisticated, modern workplace. The new office features high-end finishes, radiused millwork, custom tilework, and specialty office fronts designed to reflect Morgan Services’ brand and operational needs. J.C. Anderson executed the build on a fast-paced schedule, with careful coordination to ensure custom materials were procured and installed on time.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Matt Kantro, Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Jody George. Architectural Services were led by Whitney and Preston Design & Construction Consulting provided Project Management Services.
