J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a retail space for Marc Jacobs at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL. Marc Jacobs joins over 130 outlets at the two-level indoor shopping experience at 5220 Fashion Outlets Way in Rosemont.
This fast-paced retail development project involved a comprehensive scope of work, ensuring a successful 8-week buildout that prioritized both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Work included layout and electrical feeds for Owner-supplied merchandise displays, a polished concrete overlay flooring system and a custom Marc Jacobs branding package with LED signage. JCA successfully created a high-quality retail space that seamlessly combined functionality with the signature Marc Jacobs aesthetic, all while meeting the construction timeline and maintaining strict quality standards.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Jon Zawiski, Assistant Project Manager Desiree Kupchek, and Superintendent Eric Geisen. The property is managed by Macerich, the project was managed by Alignment Development Services and DK Studio Architects provided architectural services.
