J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed three spec suites on the 39th floor at 155 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
This project involved the construction and design of three spec suites of various sizes. One of the suites was successfully leased during the project, highlighting the appeal and functionality of the spaces. The specialty ceilings with integrated lighting were a key feature of the project, adding modern design elements and enhancing the aesthetic of the spaces. Extensive perimeter work was completed to highlight and accentuate the building's full-height windows, maximizing natural light and creating a visually striking environment. Demountable Office Fronts were also installed throughout, offering flexibility for future modifications and tenant preferences.
The project also included cost exercises to accommodate prospective tenants during the construction phase. These efforts ensured the suites met both functional and aesthetic demands while staying within budget expectations.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Joe Hynes, Project Manager Kevin Krupchak, Assistant Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Mark Zawadka. RACER/MRSA provided architectural services.
