J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that Jon Zawiski has joined the team as Director of Preconstruction. Jon comes to us from Reed Construction and brings 14 years of experience to J.C. Anderson.
As Director of Preconstruction, Jon’s primary role is to mentor, train, and lead the estimating department, particularly on larger preconstruction projects. He works closely with the estimators and project management teams during the initial phases of projects, managing client risk and ensuring the quality control of estimates. Jon will also be overseeing the technology used by the estimating department, guiding JCA in adopting and utilizing advanced technologies to enhance our estimating processes.
