J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a spec suite build-out for Tishman Speyer at The Franklin, 222 West Adams Street in Chicago.
Located in the Chicago Loop, The Franklin consists of two separate properties, 222 West Adams Street and 227 West Monroe Street. 227 West Monroe is a 60-story building with over 1,500,000 square feet of rentable space. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a 20,000 square feet spec suite and corridor build-out on the property’s 11th floor.

The spaces will feature specialty ceilings throughout, a custom metal screen wall in the new high-end pantry and a custom millwork slat wall in reception. The project will be completed in January 2022.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Senior Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Mike Diduch. HED is providing the architectural services.
