J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a renovation project for an undisclosed financial services company at One Tower Lane (Oakbrook Terrace Tower) in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
The financial services company selected J.C. Anderson to complete a build-out for them within the 31-story office building, to serve as an expansion of its current office space within the property.
Construction included the addition of conference/training rooms, private offices, open office areas, an employee lounge and wellness room. The new space features a classic bank look with high-end finishes, specialty window treatments, cherry wood door frames and doors, acoustical cloud ceiling features and fabric wall panels for sound and acoustics. Special attention was put into sound and privacy features throughout.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Seth Erlich, Project Manager Andrew Mott and Superintendent Bill Dennison. Whitney provided the architectural services and Mendelsohn Group provided project management services.
