J.C. Anderson to Complete Office Build-Out for Trelleborg in Schaumburg

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an office renovation project for Trelleborg at 1450 American Lane in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Relocating from Schaumburg, Trelleborg selected J.C. Anderson to build-out its new office/warehouse space. Scheduled for completion in late 2019, construction will include building-out the space to create open office areas with cloud ceilings, an open ceiling pantry with suspended Turf acoustical felt baffles and concrete floors. Once complete, the new space will feature a built-in millwork wall at the entrance with up-lighting.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Adam Bellin and Superintendent John Spinasanto. Shive Hattery Architects is providing the architectural services.
