J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 20,000 square foot office renovation project for Mission Investment Fund at 8765 W. Higgins Road in Chicago.
Mission Investment Fund (MIF) is a financial ministry of the ELCA offering church building loans funded by investments from its members and congregations. MIF selected J.C. Anderson for the full-floor build-out and remodel of its current office space in Chicago.
Scheduled for completion in August 2019, construction will include a full-floor demo and remodel to include a large pantry area, private offices, huddle rooms, a video conferencing boardroom, open office workstations and new restrooms. Once complete, the new space will feature high-end wood paneling systems in the elevator lobby and reception areas as well as curved feature walls.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Ryan Kingsmill. Studio 3 Design is providing the architectural services and JLL is providing project management services.
