The project included a two-floor gut rehab with complete demolition for the expansion and reconstruction of the interior space utilizing a variety of luxury, Italian-made materials. J.C. Anderson also constructed a new stone façade and store front featuring Italian stone. The interior showcases Italian millwork, stone, lighting and intricately detailed ceilings. A new, independent cooling system as well as a stairway and elevator were also included in the renovations.
