This project was a build-out to the property’s courtyard as well as a multi-phased, high-end lobby renovation. Construction included a courtyard upgrade including a new fireplace, landscaping, as well as a phased lobby build-out. The space also features large format tile, architectural millwork, a multi-level light fixture and a new reception desk.
